1、 Overview of Carbon Monoxide Preparation Process:
At present, the carbon dioxide (CO2) used in the production of soda and sparkling wine mainly includes fermentation CO2 (CO2 produced during alcohol fermentation), chemical plant exhaust CO2 (CO2), and CO2 produced by acid-base methods (CO2). For areas with remote transportation and relatively backward industry, the acid-base neutralization method is more commonly used to produce carbon dioxide (COz). The principle of producing carbon dioxide (CO2) by acid-base neutralization method is to use citric acid (C6H807) and sodium bicarbonate (NaHC03) to react chemically, producing carbon dioxide gas (C02T). The reaction equation is:

The carbon dioxide (CO2) generated by this method may contain some acid mist, which often fails to meet the aforementioned CO2 indicators. Therefore, further purification treatment is required in production.
The acid-base neutralization method carbon dioxide preparation system mainly consists of four parts: carbon dioxide generator, floating gas storage tank, pressurization and purification treatment.
2、 Preparation process of liquid carbon dioxide:
This preparation device consists of a carbon dioxide generator, a floating gas storage tank, compression, freeze-drying, adsorption, molecular sieve drying, liquefaction, storage, filling, electrical control and other units. It is used to recover carbon dioxide generated during chemical reactions and purify it for use. The specific process flow is as follows:
Citric acid reacts with salt to produce citrate, water, and carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide gas is compressed to 2.0MPa using three-stage oil-free lubrication. To ensure the stability of the carbon dioxide compressor, airbags are installed between the inlet and outlet of the compressor. The compressed gas is further purified by a refrigerated dryer, adsorption tower, and drying tower, and the purified carbon dioxide gas is condensed into a liquid at -18 ℃ in a carbon dioxide condenser; The cold source of the condenser is provided by the condensing unit. Liquid carbon dioxide enters the storage tank for storage. When the user needs gas, the liquid carbon dioxide is stabilized and heated by a vaporizer to become carbon dioxide gas, which is then reduced to the pressure and temperature required by the user through a pressure reducing valve before being used. If filling is required, users need to choose a filling pump to fill the liquid carbon dioxide in the storage tank into the steel cylinder through the filling pump. Therefore, further purification treatment is required in production.
