Check if the signal line is damaged or disconnected. If it is disconnected, simply connect it according to the original color or replace it;
Check if the platinum resistor is damaged. If it is damaged, please replace it;
If the temperature displays above 120 ℃, it indicates that the temperature signal line is short circuited or disconnected;
If the temperature displays as -20 ℃, it indicates that the temperature signal line is connected incorrectly. Please reconnect it.
If the temperature display is unstable, it indicates that there is a problem with the platinum resistor. Please replace it.
2. The filling nozzle does not move upwards
Check if the air compressor outlet switch is turned on and if the air pressure is normal.
3. Shut down the concept, the oil nozzle doesn't go down

Process of fully automatic filling machine: manual quantification → manual bottle placement → automatic sensing of bottle mouth position and oil nozzle falling → automatic filling → automatic conveying → manual cap placement → automatic capping → automatic coding → conveyor belt warehouse.
